Wow, welcome to my frustration. First of all, I must share with you I have learned many things with my association (don't count off for my mis-spelling I am dyslexic and I am noticing it's not underlining my mispelled words here!) with IDA. IDA is an organzation that is dedication to the advancement and education of teachers on how to deal with reading issues of dyslexia.
My mission in life is to change the entire dyslexic CLIMATE and not just teachers who may or may not want to change. I want to address the exact needs you are searching for. How do you deal with the dyslexic's emotions, insecurities, the parents frustration, anger with the school systems, the money you talk about.
I am an entrepreneur that struggled thorough high school and college. I was very fortunate to have has a mother that was a teacher that was head of the teachers union to keep me out of LD classes.
I also live gluten free and have done extensive research on the effects of gluten and the effects it has for dyslexic and your brain.
Let me know how I can help. Feel free to look at my company website www.preciseresource.com where you can find me.
